Thanks Jeremy! I was hoping to see one installed on a Camaro or TA but I got the idea. The solenoids on the truck in the ^ pic are relocated aren't they? I like that look. I wish they made a cover for camaro's like they do for the Caddy so I could keep everything clean and concealed.

Glad I could help. I haven't heard of anyone trying before, but you could probably get the engine cover off of the Caddy to fit on your's with a little modification. Just get rid of the Caddy emblem and maybe get it painted to match the car and I bet it would look pretty good. It would definatelly look different.

Maybe it's more trouble than it's worth. I was just trying to figure a way to keep the solenoids out of sight. I think I've seen people tuck them under fuel rail covers. Maybe that's a better way.

It seems like there is a big range in cost between many of the kits. Are any of the kits over priced in your guys opinions? There are so many options. Right now I'm still liking Nitro Dave's plate system.

When looking at pricing, also look at whats included, and dont compare apples and oranges. Dont price a MAF kit and compare to a bare-bones single nozzle wet, or you'll want the nozzle due to its waaaay lower price. Some kits are more comprehensive, including NHRA fitting & blow down tube, filters, FPSS etc. but any particular combo can be pieced together at any of the sponsors if requested, only then can you really compare one kit to the next price wise. I'd find a kit that was meeting my needs and go from there, regardless of price....again customer service plays a large role in the nitrous field.

I personally wouldnt want to pay for a ZEX, Venom or Compucar when I could buy for less and w/o needing those kits "features."

In your search, You will see many different prices on different systems. Like stated above dont be afraid to ask for what the differences are in different systems. The quality of the parts or machining in the parts desighn may vary. Also completeness will make a difference. Do not take the sales pitch that something is the same just cheaper. Check into it..

Since you are looking at plates. Use ours for example. Our in house brand is about 50.00 more than some of the others on the market.

Here is the perks in our system that make up for the 50.00

Our plate systems are built with nitrous express parts except for our plate.
So here is what you get.

1.10lb bottle with NXs new 45 degree valve. This valve will flow 800 hp and has a port for a nitrous pressure gauge and a heater sensor built into the valve. The valve is also a heavier duty valve that has a handle that offers valve stem support for the valve. The valve is also desighed to use a nut that will let you position the nipple in any position. This is great if you are running accessories that require attachments onto the nipple. (cleaner install)

2.Stainless Steel Quick release bottle brackets. These brackets are desighned for a good fit (not bulky) and fast easy removal.

3. 300 hp Lifetime warrenty solenoids with a purge port built into the nitrous solenoid. This cleans up the install when using a purge and insures purging all the air out right up to the solenoid.

4.Main feed line is a -4 15 foot. Good for about 350-400 hp.

5.Hoses from the solenoids to the plate are -3 2 foot long.

6. All the fittings are nickle plated brass. This helps resist corrosion

7.Jetting is from 50-200 hp

8.The system comes with all your wireing needs such as a harness and relay, wot switch and electrical connections.

9. Now our plate. This plate is desighned to offer the best distribution we feel possible. We have 6 nitrous holes and 6 fuel holes machined into the plate. We feel being so close to the front cylinders the best way of insureing the front cylinders seeing the correct mixture is to break the mixture up better by offering multiple discharges and spraying across the throttle body throat.
Next we wanted the best and cleanest fit. To insure that our plate sealed perfectly with no hassles we had the plate machined to use the factory GM O ring style gasket. Gasket is supplied with system... (No paper and silicone here). Our plate comes with all the hardware and throttle extention bracket.

Now,
Here at Nitro daves we have 4 techs sitting here in the office that answer our toll free 1-866-648-7637 number full time. We have a full tech service on the parts we offer and the ones we do not. We carry the largest selection of brands and parts with a very big selection of parts in stock. We have had our nitrous store for over 6 years and are well astablished.

This ensure's that after you make your investment you can rest assure that we will still be here to help you with any warrenty or technical help you may need.

Here are a few post from happy customers on the plate.
