Newbie's first time TNT install pics
That looks great! Just curious, can you see tha gauges clearly from inside the car? I assume you can, I'm just curious what it looks like. I was planning on doing that with a pair of mechanical gauges, but never did because I wasn't sure how visibility would have been.

Thanx again guys.... really shocked it would get this kind of feedback w/all the badass direct port/plate systems being posted.
The cowl does need to be drilled out for the guage lines.... got lazy right about where I stopped
Yes.... the guages are clearly visible in their entirety from inside the car. Clear the windshield wipers.... are back lit(red), and do look perty pimp at night. Here's some shots.... like I said, I've got a bad habbit about going overboard, so be easy on me about the aircraft interior

Actually.... it really is my first kit install. Bought the kit used here off the board. Originally had the noids on an aluminum plate bolted to the throttle cable bracket. Didn't like it so I relocated it to where it is now. "Thought" relocating it was gonna be an easy "cheap" mod. NOT. Earl's must be WAY proud of their fittings/line-
Thanx for the props

I must say, I really like the whole set up.............from the interior to the front bumper to the motor. I like complex looking master pieces. I have spent several minutes on each picture looking and looking and looking! Very good.
Off the top of my head passenger 'wire-mod'. Ditch the throttle spring, drill the solenoid mounts so the wires go through it. Best advice --- stand back with a beer and look at it. You'll be your worst 'critic'.
But like i said excellent install.

Hawk-
Like to do the wire mod. Not real good w/wires(believe it or not). Took a LONG time for me to just get the kit wired so it would work(LONG story LOL!).
Hadn't thought about the holes in the noid bracket for the wires. Excellent!
I hear ya 'bout the throttle spring. Reason it's there is this TPIS TB doesn't always like to come back down to 100% closed on it's own. My long time tuner played with decay/throttle cracker and it seems the prob is in the TB. Dunno. Was the "easiest" way to keep the rpm's from hanging(HATE that ****).
Thanx again guys. Like you said, I AM my own worst critic.... always felt it was just another clean TA but nuttin' special. NEVER expected props like these
