For a first timer that looks real good, nice job. I like where you placed the gauges right after the hood. I would love to do something like that, but i fear some hater seeing it or someone that wants to be a dick and ******* **** up by trying to take the gauges.

Oh yeah and hos the fitment of the gauges in your center air vents? I have recently decided to take the plunge and go nitrous, and bought my self a sport comp Nitrous Pressure gauge 2-5/8. And wanted to know how it would fit in the center air vent, when i install it.

A- It's the "FERNCCO" mod
Have a nice smooth silocone bellow from Pro Turbo Systems www.proturbosystems.com but have been too lazy to install it-

02NBMFormula- It's a vac/boost guage. Wanted a 2-5/8" for the interior and was all that was available.

2000Hawk- I hear ya. Wasn't too worried about the haters. Car is garage kept and am usually not far from it when out.

That 2-5/8" Nitrous guage is mechanical, not electric. Not NHRA/IHRA legal in the cabin if you're looking to hose it at the track. I opted out for the mechanical/outside mount b/c I just couldn't see $500.00+ for the electric N2o/Fuel guages just to be able to cabin mount them.

All you need to do is pop out(carefully)the AC vents. The 2-5/8" guage is a perfect snug fit. No other mounting hardware necessary-

Thats good to know thanks, wanted to make sure i didn't break ****. Damn so i would need the electrical one, for inside the cabin if i wanted to run it at the track? But the more and more i look at the gauges outside of the car, the more i think of getting myself some.

To be NHRA legal, yes. But if you just run at the track on Test & Tune nights, I really doubt they will check whether your gauge is mechanical or electric. Since you're in Miami, I assume you go to Moroso? If so, don't sweat, Moroso's tech isn't exactly 'thorough'.

Now, what you have to decide is if you mind having a nitrous hose that close to you inthe engine compartment (I don't mind, but I know others are a bit more safety oriented).
