Default Wideband

I plan on spraying soon, would wideband be a good thing to invest?

I already have an autometer airfuel gauge from a while ago.

I was thinking about getting this.. http://www.dynotunenitrous.com/store...?idproduct=151 .

Does this actually work good or..? Ive heard about people's going really slow and are pointless because by the time you go to lean, etc it would have already caused damage. Would this kit be slow or no?

I plan on spraying a 125 wet from dynotune.

Thanks.

I would get one that has more of a read out. digital or something .
But yes I highly recommend a wideband for any N20 or FI car. Can never be too safe

Hows that AEM Gauge/wideband setup compared to the one above? I like how this one shows the actual AF digital display.

Thanks

I like the Aem, xd-16(https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ighlight=xd-16) or the dynotune(http://www.dynotunenitrous.com/store...?idproduct=149)
The autometer one looks like a normal air/fuel for normal O2's that hooks to a wideband. It doesn't appear like you could actually tell what the air/fuel ratio is

I use the LM-1. It is not a small unit like the one you have in the link, but it does record and simply lives behind my passenger seat when I am not directly using it. I basically put it on the passenger seat when I am going to do a run and then press record. There is no way I would be looking at it during a run. On the street, I hold the unit and can watch the display, but I always record to view later on the computer incase I missed a spike while watching the road.
Just another option to think about...

Thanks for the replies!

Well I dont really plan on recording anything, nor do I have my own laptop for HP tuners I just get re-tuned at work.

I just want something I can keep an eye on the AF with. Glancing now and then and knowing from the colors when it goes lean.

Would the AEM be a good unit for it, and will the AEM be correct and right with it, it wont be "slow" so to put it? I really like how it looks, has a great price I'm just wondering if it functions good. Thanks.

PS- When running a mechanical nitrous gauge in a pillar pod, where do you run the nitrous line? Is it possible without making a hole in the pillar I was just looking at it and was like...ummm yea

The AEM unit is very big! The bezel sticks our real far from the pillar....Kinda looks out of place.... We custom calibrate the LC-1 for your autometer narrow band gauge, actually work real well! Email us though the webpage and we will send you the installation instructions, shows all the autometer light segmente and what the a/f ratio's are...
