was so happy to see the ups guy today, ordered a bottle guage ,blow off cap and the 860 180 blow down tube. but some how got the 90 degree tube. called and talked to chris, who made it right with no hassles and was very apollogetic 2 thumbs up for cust service and earning my respect.thanks again chris

I live in the real world where things sometimes happen, but its the way I was treated when I called that speak volumes about your cust service. no excuses no blame game just got it handled which is why I'll continue to deal with your co now just get those brackets on your to do list lol

whats really cool is when you get call phone call at home out of the blue , just to make sure you got everything and to see if there was any problems. even with the the mishaps it has been the best cust service ex , i have had in my 41 years bar non you have earned a loyal cust here
