Anyone think Ill have problems with tech at the drag strip next time I go or will they even find it?

That depends on your under the hood set up, whether or not you have any nitrous paraphenealia visible or not.

The bottle needs to be recertified every 5 years. And they check for that here in AK. Trust me I m fighting the same battle.

I did the same thing using some old stock carpet. Then I sit a bunch of tools and crap on it. Looks perfectly normal to the unsuspecting eye.

2002nitrousls1- I got my carpet from Lows for $15. It is indoor outdoor carpet and matched pretty good. Post some pics of yours if you got them.

nyteryder167- I have always put my t-tops laid on my back seats but the bottle is mounted to a board not the floor. All I have to do is pull a clip and pull the whole bottle and board out at the same time, so I can still use my t-top holders.

any fire extingusher or welding supply company can hydrotest and restamp the cyl.... cheap too.
