Default Newby ? Routing the feed line ?

I was installing my fuel pump today. While I was under the car I looked for a place to run the feed line. I'm going to mount the bottle in the spare tire area. I see robber plugs that I could take out to run the feed line under the car. It looks like the suspension might be in the way. Does anybody run the feed line through the side panels & under the carpet, inside the car?

The only thing about that is what if it leaks your running a riskto your self. Just to be safe id keep as much out side the car as possible.

I run my line from the tire well, over the wheelwell (inside the car) tucked behind the passenger plastic and rocker panel to the front outer end of the pass foot-well, then thru the grommet near the pcm connection, under the pcm along the pass front fender well, to the filter, and then the noids... With care you shouldnt worry about the line getting damaged, I've only seen it when ppl short the line out against a 12v live, or say "drop" a box knife onto it.

Ran my feed line inside the car as well. Almost the same route as CAT3.

That looks like the would be way easer. But is it unsafe? Like the guy said above.

I have had it inside for years, no problems. True enough, IF somehow, you pop that line it will leak into the passenger compartment...however, what if the line pops a couple inches from the bottle nut????? Yep, you'd still get an interior cloud.

Run mine inside the car as well. Its a braided SS steel line, your not going to break it and you really have to be trying hard to puncture it. It could have an issue at the fitting but the bottle is inside the car as stated above so why worry about the line at this point. They do make other options for a line like that black rubber hose, that would require pro'lly a little more care when installing and you would want to be concerned about areas that could chafe.

This is exactly how I have mine. Works great with no promblems. I feel like the line is safer in the car then outside.

Inside the car as well and have had no issues . I felt that it isnt an issue inside the car now if it was plastic or something easy to split then i woul be worried.
