What Blow Down Tube?

I have my 10lb bottle mounted in the back where the spare tire was. Whats the proper blowdown tube to purchase? I need it for next week at the track.

That is a good question.

I believe that all standard BDT's are too short to reach. You could either have a custom one made or make an extension to a standard one.

i think thats the NOS BDT. i had to buy a $30 adapter to get it to fit on the NX bottle though, which was gay.

Go to Nitro Dave's site and get a flex hose, he has a kit there that will work for you. Take a look at your bottle and make sure you order the right burst cap. If you have a dynotune bottle you will need one that is internally threaded.

Looks like these two things would work:

attatch this to the fitting on the bottle:

Then drill a hole in the bottom of the spare tire well and screw the 1/2" NPT end into the floor

I am gonna use a -8AN 180 fitting some braided line and a bulkhead fitting

I thought mine is a -10????? maybe I am wrong

and i used a bulkhead fitting (for the vent), a 45*, and a 90* fitting, all -8AN
