4.TR-6 plugs

the only thing I didnt install yet is my Racetronix PnP pump.My question is i'm itching to take her out and spray some juice threw her now without installing the pump.Would you take it for a test spray or would you install the fuel pump ?????

Spray it, you'll be fine, unless you have a real weak stock pump. after your pump install, then going big or stay home will apply.

I think his sig states HP Tuners, so we assume that this has been done, and an easy tune item to do.

his sig also states he's at 414 rwhp now with what he has NA. now, with all of the rumors of a stock pump not supporting past 480 rwhp in an f-body, then why tell him it's ok to run the dry shot with a stock pump? 414 + 100 = 514 rwhp.

personally, i've been to 481 rwhp with no drop on the a/f ratio on a dyno in third gear (auto). but, mine are wet kits.

The 5177 100 shot is really 85rwhp, so 414 and 85 is 499rwhp, so I still maintain he is fine, if stock pump is working properly. I think he is just wanting to spray "now" and will put pump in soon after. 500rwhp has allways been the safe max for f-bods and 550 for y-bods concerning good stock pumps. Many certainly have gone past these bench marks. Monitor the fuel pressure if ya can, and if ya see it dropping then your outa pump, or watch a/f to see if going lean at highest demand, both will tell the story.

By the way, you stated:
personally, i've been to 481 rwhp with no drop on the a/f ratio on a dyno in third gear (auto). but, mine are wet kits
. Now what does running a wet kit tell you? if you are running out of pump dry, then you will also run out of pump wet.

my point was about the rumors of 'about' 480 rwhp being the max for a fbody. apparently, it's not the limitation the rumor that goes around says it is. that's my point.
