MSD Window Switch wont work...

MSD Window Switch wont work...

tried hooking up the MSD window switch with the NOS dry kit.
ran the white wire to the #10 wire on the pcm and spliced it, however it does not activate at all.
any ideas?

is a digital one or the older one with the rpm pills ?

did you change it to 4 cylinder ignition mode ?

make sure its in the 4 cyl mode.

is the power even coming on? digitial or a pilled window switch??

it is the one with pills, how do you change it to 4 cylinder mode?

You'll need to snip the small blue and small red (2) wires. They're the wires on the side that make a loop. This will put the MSD window switch in 4 cyl. mode. Also, put some heatshrink caps or electrical tape around the ends of the wires after you snip them. My MSD window switch came with some heatshrink caps to put on those wires.

My msd window shitch (w/ pills) wouldn't work even in 4 cyl mode, either would my buddies (both 02 cars). I had to send it to msd to get it modified to a 5 volt square wave. Hopefully that is not your problem because its a pain in the ***.
