Yes that'll work, and have done this. However, if using just a single filter I think the noid location will get the job done better than at bottle. We set-up a flushing of all out hydraulics at work prior to a finished product, you would be amazed at all the shavings that show up from over tightened AN fittings. This is even worse with aluminum fittings used in the n2o world, a small piece of the fitting surface can come off at anytime, espec when putting hose off and on from time to time. Having the filter at the bottle will not collect this debri if you have a single filter. Those fitting filters kinda suck IMO, and can be a source of phase change.
