My experience with Nitrous Direct I purchased a LS2 Plate kit for my '06 vette from Scott at Nitrous Direct. Being a newbie to nitrous I had a lot of questions. Scott at Nitrous Direct went out of his way to answer any and all questions that I had. Even after the sale and during the install, he never hesitated to take the time to "walk us through" any problems that we had with the install. A BIG 2 thumbs up for Nitrous Direct.

I would just like to take a minute to agree, and say that so far I have had a truly excellent experience with Nitrousdirect, they took the time to answer all of my dumb questions and walk me through the process. I'm very happy with the kit, the price, and even the follow up customer service. Thanks guys, and sorry if I was a pain in the ***, but you have another happy customer here. Now as long as it doesn't snow this week I can have some fun!
Another two thumbs up for Scott and everyone at NitrousDirect. Overall Excellent customer service. Im only 19 but like I've said before it's rare to find someone that can offer both great prices and excellent customer sercive, it's hard to beat that. I highly recommend Scott@ NitrousDirect to anyone looking for a great price on a nitrous kit.

My ND didn't work when I first got it!
1) 'noids weren't always turning on.
Scott told me to check grounds. I did, they were bad. Works fine now.
2) Window switch didn't work.
Scott told me to check the tach wire. I did. I used the "vampire" connectors and they suck. I soldered it and it works fine now.
All in all, the worst thing about the whole set up is that they let YOU install it. Doe!
