2 stage nitrous questions
I did do a search and didnt find many things...I'll keep searching to see if I find anything though....
What is the reason for people doing a dry/wet hit instead of dry/dry (do the injectors get maxxed out too often?) or wet/wet (does the fuel rail not handle the demand to the fuel solenoids?)?
Also, is it better to spray dry out of the hole and then hit wet? or the other way around? Or does it even matter?

Out of the hole depends on a lot of things, but you can do either as long as you can get it to hook, and this is the one of the reasons to do multi stage. Another reason is to break up the massive torque spike so a stock lower end can survive and or rearend.
Really the best thing to do is start reading up and you'll pick up a lot of info quickly.
Here's a thread on a dual stage and what can be done with a stock car, you should be able to get some insight.

Also, in my personal web site in the links section is a Write up on wet vs dry, it titled Colonels Tech Files, for additional insight.
