Default Bad tuning

i'm heading for a MS3 cam with 150 shots wet on a 2002 Z28 M6. i'm afraid that i'm going to have a blown engine because i don't trust dyno tuners in Kuwait. so is there any altenatives for this

Do lots of tuning research & get you a laptop & HPtuners. Then you can tune it yourself. There are also LOTS of benefits of having your own HPtuners program.

I would get the HP Tuners and a mail order program to start and learn to tweak it from that. It will give you a great base in which to start from.
