Default Ran 9's on stock bottom end **with video**

Well after 2 yrs of trying to reach my goal, I finally reach it on the last possible track day of 06.

A few detials on the motor, Stock bottom W/arp Hi-po rod bolts, PRC 5.3L heads, Very old and unpopular Futral FM-8 cam, LS1 intake, Kooks 1 3/4 headers, homemade exhust useing flowmaster single chamber race mufflers.

Nitrous system is a pieced together dual nozzle wet kit, uses TNT nozzles, 6an main feed line, and of course Nitro Daves stand alone fuel system, and NX mini-max progressive controller. Jetted for a 250 shot.

Drivetrain setup includes a Rossler's treminantor 2 TH-400 with brake, "Spragless" Vig4000 convertor, 12-bolt spool with 3.73's

Suspension consists of BMR "Long" torque arm, UMI rod end LCA's, QA1 shocks. and 3yr old 28x10x15 goodyear eagle slicks

Heres the Numbers on the 2 money runs, DA was -1300

60' 1.471 1.422
330' 4.080 4.039
1/8 6.303 6.262
mph 109.64 109.87
1000' 8.257 8.212
1/4 9.932 9.886
mph 133.70 133.82

Huge
Thanks go out to Leo and Rick at GMRspeed for their support this year. Also Big thanks to Koolrayz and Nitro Dave's performance.

I will try to get some video up today of the runs.

Congrats, your my hero. I am also trying the limits of a stock shortblock/longblock. However, I have a M12 so I doubt I will see the 9.xx world. Great tuning and driving.

damn man!! gives me some hope, but also makes me sad.

I have you on 60ft(1.41) and on mph(134.97) but mine only went 10.03!! it's like a .1 behind in the middle of the track though
