FJO Progressive Controller Settings?
I am using the FJO Mini Progressive controller and had a question regarding progression curves. I just got my N20 system (NX 150hp wet) installed and was doing some quick "street test & tune". I started the profile out with RPM based 30% at 4100 (no first gear lock-out) and had it to 100% by 5100.....no go on street tires! Anyways, thinking about going to time based profile (RPM based causes problems when launching and spinnning causes N20 to kick in and compund the problem). When you run time based, does the profile start when you are at WOT and continue the program no matter if WOT is backed off (peddling it) or will the time-based curve restart everytime you come out of WOT and get back on it?
I would like to eventually get back to RPM based, any suggestions for profiles??? ..... keep in mind I'm 2wd running street tires with a Yank 3600 stall.

The time based output would work, but if your shifting quickly, you may not get the full benifit of the time delay. Have you tried adjusting the ramp points more/differently?

Keep in mind the 30% is not a perfectly accurate representation of power delivered. I have found that 30% is usually more like 50%. So maybe start at 15% etc.
Time based would be best for the track in most cases. RPM based for roll racing where you need to grab a gear quick and go.

Just remember when you set it up for time base and delay the ramp every time you come off of full throttle the time delay will start over again. If you set up the delay for 5tenths off the line and let off the gas it will delay again.

I got the Maximizer and run a 125shot that ramps up from 20% at 3000RPM to 100% at 4300 RPM. Works really good as long as you do not get alot of tire spin. in that case the time based may be a better route.
