Jet size with stand alone?
Need some help here. I would like to run a 250 shot wet. 125 hp in each nozzle, but dont know what jets to run with a fuel stand alone.
I would like to run low pressure and keep it around 7-8 psi. If anyone could shed some light on this that would be great. Its a custon NOS system 2 nozzles in maf and cheater sol.
Thanks

When I talked with NOS about this... they said that I should keep the nitrous jet size the same on the plate, and base the fuel jet off of it. I ran my low pressure system at 6psi. The nitrous jetting for my 150 shot since i was using their 90mm plate was a 63 jet. So on the fuel side, i used a 6 jet spread to be safe and ran a 69jet. It was a bit rich, but it was safe. The "normal" spread they use on the supplied jets for a carb style cheater plate is 8-9 jets.
Kyle from NOS is on this board and can get you some information on this as well if you call the tech line.
Again, it's a starting point and you should have a wideband to read off of and make adjustments from to where you want to be.

Give NX a call. I had this same setup with a pieced together NOS kit with 250 jets basically a 65 square. The car was a turd. Now I called NX up and ordered their Shark Nozzles and Jetting for 300 and you can see what happend in my thread a couple threads down and in my sig
NOS gives Flywheel HP ratings, NX will give you RWHP ratings. Also you are at your max with the NOS nozzle. Each NX Shark is good to 250 each. Maybe one day I will grow enough hair to upgrade to their SHO nozzle which each single is good to 400!!!!

dude thats going to be a fat 325 shot. i'd start with a .055 to .058 nitrous jet and a .050 to .52 fuel jet to get close to 250 at 6psi of fuel pressure and 900 psi of bottle pressure.
