Shoot this question over to Robert56. He's the dry shot expert and can take a good look at all your other mods.

Well here's the easiest way to tell if you ma get into trouble.
(Projected flywheel HP x .5) / 6.4 = min inj to meet 80% DC rule

So we first need to turn your projected hp into BHP. We just subtract 15% from your anticipated 385rwhp + 100rwhp shot = 485rwhp.
485 - 15% = 412.25bhp

412 x .5 = 206
206 / 6.4 = 32.18 injector to meet the 80% duty cycle rule. So, your 30's will be fine at these hp levels. Don't worry about going over 80% on a short 1/4 run, won't cause any issues, we just don't want static (100%).
I would still log a/f and kr on intial runs.

i just logged the car on a 75 shot and my duty cycle at one point was 87% so i am kind of worried i guess i need to get back to the dyno to read my A/F. i am still new to all this tunning and stuff and just want to be safe. i did spray once or twice before a 125 dry with the stock injrctors with no problem so i am gonna go ahead and do a 100 today and some more logging i will post up later the results.

This is my personal opinion. 87% duty cycle is nothing to be worried about, your fine and still have some room. Now if you show a lean issue you now know it is not due to running out of injector, so then look at nozzle placement/style/type and or fuel system ie: pump. If you have the ability to log or see fuel pressure, if it starts dropping off at your highest demand then pump replacement may be an idea, if it is lean through out run them nozzle(s) tuning may be needed, or tune PE in pcm. Good luck and keep us posted.

You can use your narrow band readings from your HP tuner to get an idea of rich or lean. Your WOT 02's in the range of .880/.890 (12.8/12.9 a/f) are ideal for n/a. Higher numbers mean richer (which on the spray you want) and lower numbers mean leaner.
