Default TR6's need em for nos, can't find em for ****.

Checked with autozone first. Thought I had bought some v-power plugs back in the day which may have been tr6. They found nothing. Looked on ebay, all the sets were listed for Ford except one for LT1 which had no stock number. Stock number 4177 TR6 plugs on NGK.com listed a fit chart as follows:
Is there another number for them? Can't even find tr6 on summitracing.com

The 4177 TR6s are the proper part # for LSX applications as well as 4V Ford, I'd imagine it is correct for an LT1 as well. When I go to my local Advanced auto parts, I have to order them by the 4177 stock number.

Called autozone. They found the plugs when I told them to look up a 2000 Ford Lightning 5.4 SC. They quoted me 12.99 a ******* plug. Called carquest here in town also. They were the ones who finally crossed the ngk tr6 number to 4177 and told me they would not only work on the ford application but would be fine for my t/a. They only quoted me 2.90 each. Then I called oreilly auto parts here in town. Told them to look up ngk plugs for 2000 ford lightning. They quoted me $1.59 a plug for NGK V POWER 4177
F#@KING spark plugs. All the same part number, all ngk v-power, same size, application and heat range. Called the big guys with autozone and they said to bring in a price quote from oreilly's to autozone and they would match the price. Then they told me that since my autozone would have to order the plugs, that they couldn't match the competitor's price. Oreilly's here I come ! Down with AutoZone!!

Picked the plug up from oreilly's. I never knew that my car had a bog when I reved it. It sounds and feels way different now. I have swapped a million spark plugs in the past and never noticed any performance difference. I kinda consider these tr6's cheapos also. Spent way more per plug when I put the oe delco platinums in. Can't wait to see what the nitrous has to say about that. Thanks to all those who told me to swap plugs.

Autolite 103 FTW. I had bad luck with a set of NGK TR6 plugs. I will only run NGK plugs in my Banshee now.
