Never purchased anything so I cant attest to that.
However, I did post in one of your threads that your site was inop, a thanks for a heads up would have been nice.
When I was trying to decide between n20 and FI a little input would have been nice too.
I did have money to spend.
You asked...
I must have overlooked it. Sorry about that. We do appreciate the heads up. Seems that since our hosting company moved us to a new server we have been having a good bit of troubles. We are going to have them move us to a new server this week.

As far as trying to decide to between Nitrous or FI im guessing you must have made a post. I do try to stay caught up with as many post as I can and put in my 2 cents where I can. However There is just not enough of me to go around. No seriously. I try but between running the shop, answering phones, answering tech pms and emails not to meantion everything else I can not watch the boards full time and answer all post. Ofcourse you can always call me anytime here at the shop. If I am not available you can talk to one of our techs or leave a message for me to call you back. I am here everyday running around with my head cut off.lol I will call you back..
Thank You for your feed bac. It is appreciated.

For the guys with remarks about tracking numbers. At this time we do not automaticaly give tracking numbers. However if the customer calls and ask for it we do give it to them. Due to credit card fraud in the past I had decided we would not voluntarly give out the shipping information. What was happing is that people were using stolen credit cards. Next day airing products and then takeing the tracking number and calling ups to change shipments. (unfortintly there is no protection for the buisness against scammers)

We are now talking about what we can do about automaticaly given tracking numbers. I will be talking to our ups rep about this.
Thanks
Dave

1) Your site does not have a search. If I could just search, things would be quicker to order online.

2) No one answers the phone between 12:00pm and 1:00pm M-F CST. I'm just not used to places being 100% closed/unavailable during or around lunch (I'm guessing you guys all go to lunch at the same time), so it kinda frustrates me when I have a question or phone order to place and I get the machine.

3) Tracking numbers. I love watching the shipping status of my new toys via FedEx's or UPS's site. I really hate that you don't automatically provide those!

Other than that, the price is fair and almost always the lowest I ever find online!

Also, You PM me. I can't remember of any other sponsor who's taken the initiative to PM me when I've had a problem. That's definately great customer service! Much better than most other vendors ... especially this one other Texas based sponsor/vendor (non-nitrous related) who I've called, e-mailed, and PMed countless times over the months and have never received a response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for the feed back. Our site does have a search but for some reason it does not work right. I have never noticed that. I will get with Kyle.

At this time the only way we can get lunches in and not run a skeleton crew strung out for 3 hours is to shut the door from 12 to 1 and get it over with. On busy days to be short on help is really hard and fustrating. As we continue to grow and hire more help we may be able to re evaluate the lunch process.

Tracking numbers was covered above.

Im glad you were happy with the rest.
Thank you for the feed back. I just learned our search does not work properly.

first off, you need to clone Chris. Personally, he is the only one I deal with. He is so much more than a sales rep, it's almost like talking to an old friend.
Second Dave, you need to get more of the custom stuff done for lt1 cars. I know that the mainstay of your biz is ls1, but your neglecting a large segment of the f-body community that really needs the help to keep up with the ls1's. again this is jmo
Also some of your shipping is too high, use priority mail that costs 4.05 to ship parts that weigh less than a pound. 14.00 to ship a 4-an Y is, imo, just too damn high. That's half the cost of the part! it costs me 4.91 to ship 5lbs for my addy to yours via ups It forces some of us to save up to buy a larger group of parts at once, so we don't get stung for the shipping.
This is my baised opinion lol

Shipping cost is one thing we have no controll over. I do understand that the post office is usualy cheaper to use. However we do not ship post office due to wanting more controll over our shipments and our shipping department. We ship way to many packages to use the post office. With ups we have a program where we just type in the shipment and it prints the label. With UPS we are able to use tracking information in order to see exactly where your shipment is at all times. We have asked the post office to come by and talk to us on several occasions to see if they offer any programs better than the ones we know of. So far we have not seen any help from them.

Thanks
Dave
