I have made a couple perchases from Dave and have always been MORE than happy with the customer service.

I had some issues with my solonoid when I bought a kit (which dave gave a great deal on) and he was there the entire way until I got my solonoids replaced. I haven't had any issues since with my kit.

I would recommend Dave to anyone!!!

The service has always been top notch for me as well. I've ordered parts and they've always arrived within a few days, with the exception of the plate I just ordered (have to wait a week until new ones come in), but I don't mind waiting since winter is here. Anyone looking for a great sponsor, need look no further than Nitrous Outlet. Mike

Their customer service is the best in the industry. When I bought my nx one piece maf kit my purge wasn't compatible. They sold me a new purge at cost. How many speed shops would do that? They always answer my qustions. I'll never buy a nitrous accessory from anyone else.

I voted Good. My father ordered me a switch panel for x-mas. He was told it was back ordered. He called after christmas and was told the same. I called last week and was told it was in stock and had been for a bit, yet I had not recieved it. I called and explained the situation and he had it in the mail that day. We had a problem, but he fixed it immediately for which I give him Kudos. And a minor complaint is that the trans tunnel bottle bracket mount isn't drilled for NOS :p but you can't have your cake and eat it too eh? You also might want to consider selling them powder coated in wrinkle black, I had it done to mine and it looks great. There's a pic in the "where should I mount my bottle" thread.

I have placed several orders with NO recently and could not be happier, all three times I ordered on Wednesdays and received my product that Friday. Will continue to get my nitrous accesories from them.

With ups we have a program where we just type in the shipment and it prints the label. With UPS we are able to use tracking information in order to see exactly where your shipment is at all times. We have asked the post office to come by and talk to us on several occasions to see if they offer any programs better than the ones we know of. So far we have not seen any help from them.

Thanks

Now, I have't bought anything through Dave or anyone in this thread, I actually was just reading in the forum and thought I'd toss my 2 cents in about cross boarder shipping with UPS.

UPS seems to have a better tracking system (as long as the drone in the damn truck scans the package!)

However.. for us Canadians who order anything from the US... UPS is horrable.
They have the single, highest duty and brokerage fees and standard shipping takes like 3-4 weeks just to clear customs, let alone getting to the boarder from the sellers town/city and then the time from customs to its destonation...

IE: A G-tech meter cost me at the time, 250US. (300 canadain at the time) It was sent via UPS regular ground and was shipped from somewhere in central US to north western Alberta. (that's about a 16-18 hour drive north of Montana's US boarder, no we don't have friggin igloos damn it, but my t/a has snow tires on the back and 300lbs of sand bags in the hatch )

Anyways... 5 1/2 weeks later, it shows up at my door. I then had to pay another 80 bucks canadian for duty, brokerage, fuel sur tax, GST and all that other fun stuff.
When I looked up the tracking, it took 3 days to get to the boarder. And 3 days to go get from the boarder to my house. The other 4 1/2 weeks it sat in customs.

The last time I bought something from the states, I had it sent USPS regular mail.
15 days later, its at my house and I paid 25 bucks in fuel tax, duty, brokerage and GST for a torque converter that weighs a hell of a lot more than the G-tech and is in a 2.5 cube box with pleny of bubble wrap and newspaper.. and it was shipped full of fluid to prevent rusting...? *L*

Now maybe the tide was high and it was the summer solsitice on a sunday and all the lay-lines were at full PPK? I have no idea.

But shipping was dirt cheap through USPS (35-40US for the converter) and took 30 days less to receive than the g-tech which cost me 20US to get shipped (that's very high to me) and took a month and a 1/2.

UPS might be great for US shipping, but across the boarder is too expensive and way to slow.
Sure you could have it sent express, but that's over twice the price and still takes 4 weeks to get here from most US places

You might already have this covered Dave, but perhaps a second choice in shipping company might make for a more attractive cross boarder shopping

IE: UPS as first choice, but also have USPS available as well.

Just a thought
