We have made lots of changes as we have grown. Here are some of the changes we have made over the years.
1. Full time knowledgable technicians to answer your phone calls when you call.( No answering machines and a call back here) These same techs are responsible for tech emails and pms.
2. Updated shipping department so that your shipments go out a fast as possible.
3. We are stocking as much product as we can according to what part numbers sale.
4. Constant changes to our web site to give you updated info and pictures.(Still a work in progress)
5. We try to carry the largest selection in products possible. (One stop shopping)
6 .R&D, We strive to build new innovated products with the newest technology available.(We spend countless hours in this area)
7. We strive to make sure that offering a quality product always comes before price.(We do not cheat quality to get cost down)
These are just a few of the things we try to concentrate on. Here at Nitrous Outlet we know that YOU are the most valuable asset to our company. We strive to make sure that we do anything in our power to help you with your project. Customer service and quality products are something that holds the highest priority here at Nitrous Outlet.
Now with all that is said above I am comming to you for your feed back. We know that the best person to tell us what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong is YOU. If you have had a personal dealing with Nitrous Outlet please share what you were happy with and what you were unhappy with. I know I am painting a target on my chest.
I am looking for constructive criticism for things we could improve on as well as a pat on the back for things we are doing great at...Please give us a over all vote. Then post your reasoning behind your vote choice. Please only vote if you are a Nitrous Outlet customer and have a actual dealing with Nitrous Outlet.

The only area of improvement I see Dave is a better written instruction availibility to those interested in buying your kits (although this is countered by available tech support). With better documention (available for DL, before buying a kit), tech calls could be reduced.
I will add that all the LS1tech vendors I have used this year in Nitrous and Tuning purchases have been top notch too

1) Your site does not have a search. If I could just search, things would be quicker to order online.
2) No one answers the phone between 12:00pm and 1:00pm M-F CST. I'm just not used to places being 100% closed/unavailable during or around lunch (I'm guessing you guys all go to lunch at the same time), so it kinda frustrates me when I have a question or phone order to place and I get the machine.
3) Tracking numbers. I love watching the shipping status of my new toys via FedEx's or UPS's site. I really hate that you don't automatically provide those!
Other than that, the price is fair and almost always the lowest I ever find online!
Also, You PM me. I can't remember of any other sponsor who's taken the initiative to PM me when I've had a problem. That's definately great customer service! Much better than most other vendors ... especially this one other Texas based sponsor/vendor (non-nitrous related) who I've called, e-mailed, and PMed countless times over the months and have never received a response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a few months ago i tried 3 weeks in a row to talk ot dave every time i called i left my name and number for a call back never got one. I had ?s on a stand alone system for my car. and reason i wanted ot tal kot dave is cause 2 years ago when i got i nto nitorus he was the one i talked to and bought my kit and everything else from. so i wanted to talk to him frist hand.
other than that dave's is awsome i recomend alot of ppl to go there and call.

However, I did post in one of your threads that your site was inop, a thanks for a heads up would have been nice.
When I was trying to decide between n20 and FI a little input would have been nice too.
