I would like to thank everyone for the support you have given us over the years. 06 was very good to us. Every year we grow more and more. We want to make sure that as we grow the quality of our customer service does not fall short.

We have made lots of changes as we have grown. Here are some of the changes we have made over the years.

1. Full time knowledgable technicians to answer your phone calls when you call.( No answering machines and a call back here) These same techs are responsible for tech emails and pms.

2. Updated shipping department so that your shipments go out a fast as possible.

3. We are stocking as much product as we can according to what part numbers sale.

4. Constant changes to our web site to give you updated info and pictures.(Still a work in progress)

5. We try to carry the largest selection in products possible. (One stop shopping)

6 .R&D, We strive to build new innovated products with the newest technology available.(We spend countless hours in this area)

7. We strive to make sure that offering a quality product always comes before price.(We do not cheat quality to get cost down)

These are just a few of the things we try to concentrate on. Here at Nitrous Outlet we know that YOU are the most valuable asset to our company. We strive to make sure that we do anything in our power to help you with your project. Customer service and quality products are something that holds the highest priority here at Nitrous Outlet.

I voted above average. I order some parts for the truck and they arrived in one day. No hassles, no headaches, and Chris took the order and all the data down and did not ask for the information twice.
would of gave you an excellent but no free tshirt.

Dave fielded a bunch of my questions when I was starting out last year. I ended up buying Dave's Plate from the winner of the Plate contest, 30thz (he had an LT1) . The F-body kit 30thz won required more parts to be used in the corvette application. Dave sent me those parts for free to complete the kit, even though I was not the origional winner of the plate.

The only area of improvement I see Dave is a better written instruction availibility to those interested in buying your kits (although this is countered by available tech support). With better documention (available for DL, before buying a kit), tech calls could be reduced.

I will add that all the LS1tech vendors I have used this year in Nitrous and Tuning purchases have been top notch too

Things went smoothly for me when I ordered. Now if we could just get the owner to ease up on the wet vs dry thing...j/k

the one time i called, you helped me find what i wanted, and even checked into custom painting the product for me, which i ended up not getting. either way, im not afraid of calling back...good job!

I ordered my plate kit and it was delivered right away! Couldn't have been happier with the quality of the product, but the instructions could have been better (No biggie!). You guys have my car up on the web site in the customer section, so there's definitely bonus points in it for you! Great job from my experience!

Ordered damn near every Nitrous part from Dave. Answered every question, and I had allot of them in the beginning.

Oh and I was the winner of the nitrous plate.

I don't want to hurt any feelings here, but I voted "good." Below are my reasons for not voting "excellent."

1) Your site does not have a search. If I could just search, things would be quicker to order online.

2) No one answers the phone between 12:00pm and 1:00pm M-F CST. I'm just not used to places being 100% closed/unavailable during or around lunch (I'm guessing you guys all go to lunch at the same time), so it kinda frustrates me when I have a question or phone order to place and I get the machine.

3) Tracking numbers. I love watching the shipping status of my new toys via FedEx's or UPS's site. I really hate that you don't automatically provide those!

Other than that, the price is fair and almost always the lowest I ever find online!

Also, You PM me. I can't remember of any other sponsor who's taken the initiative to PM me when I've had a problem. That's definately great customer service! Much better than most other vendors ... especially this one other Texas based sponsor/vendor (non-nitrous related) who I've called, e-mailed, and PMed countless times over the months and have never received a response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i voted good here is my resaons

a few months ago i tried 3 weeks in a row to talk ot dave every time i called i left my name and number for a call back never got one. I had ?s on a stand alone system for my car. and reason i wanted ot tal kot dave is cause 2 years ago when i got i nto nitorus he was the one i talked to and bought my kit and everything else from. so i wanted to talk to him frist hand.

other than that dave's is awsome i recomend alot of ppl to go there and call.

I have used guys a few times and have been pleased. Tracking numbers would be great as previously mentioned. My only complaint is that your stock of the excellent parts you guys sell eclusively seems low. Both times the parts I wanted were on backorder. Still waiting for a LS1 plate kit.

Outstanding customer service! Everything I ordered directly from your store was shipped promptly. Dave even replaced a defective Dual WS in a timely fashion. He takes the time to answer questions, whether tuning or troubleshooting related

i've never had anything but good dealings with Dave or anyone else i have talked to. Dave has answered many of my questions that has helped me ALOT, and never tries to "push" a sale.

Not a past customer so i did not vote, that wouldnt be fair in the poll.
Never purchased anything so I cant attest to that.
However, I did post in one of your threads that your site was inop, a thanks for a heads up would have been nice.
When I was trying to decide between n20 and FI a little input would have been nice too.
I did have money to spend.

I voted excelent. I ordered a plate kit, window switch, etc, and had quite a few questins about the instalation. Every time I called (during business hours) I got a quick response that helped me with what I needed. The only thing I didnt really like was, as stated above, nobody was there during lunch, and there was no way to get any help after hours. I was doing this after work in the evenings, so it was hard for me to get my questions answered sometimes with having to work pretty much the same hours as yall were open.
