Default Dynotune Orifice size

What size orifice is in the nitrous/fuel solenoids that come in their 150 wet kits? I'm trying to figure out the biggest jets I can use. I'm looking for 150RWHP but I don't want to max out my fuel noid before my nitrous noid.

most small solenoids have an orifice size of .078". some, like the ny-trex, have a .081" opening.

shouldn't. then again, on a .081 pill, i only made 136 rwhp. something i was told and seems to hold true. once you reach 70% pill size to orifice size, you've pretty much maxed out what you can do with it.

here's a test i did to confirm this:
http://www.stealthram.com/nxnytrex.htm

i went from a .081 orifice solenoid to a .125 orifice size and gained 18.5 rwhp using the same .063 jetting.

.063/.081 = 77% ratio
.063/.125 = 52% ratio

very nice. on motor it feels almost stockish driving around town. when you get on it, it does stall up. it's a real tight converter. but, when you hit it with alot of power, it comes to life. it's made for nitrous/blower cars.

If you plan on 150RWHP and possible more down the road I would upgrade to your larger solonoids as you will be close to maxing out our smaller solonoid.

Give us a ring or drop us an email - we would look forward to helping you out!

Thanks,
Dean
