Exclamation Nitrous Help!!!

I just bought my 02' SS about 3 weeks ago, mods are
TSP Longtubes
TSP Rumbler full exhaust
SLP MAF
Pro 5.0 shifter
K&N filter
LS6 intake(of course 02')

As for my clutch its stock, was wondering if i could safely spray a 100 shot on top of these with my stock clutch, or would it start making it slip? Im basically limited on money for a clutch right now, but sometime in the near future yes it will get one. Thanks for any input!

Just don't spray in 1st. Put a lock out switch on it or get the electronic one.

You should be ok if the clutch is not sliping right now.

Yea thats one thing somebody already told me, and it does make sense, so as long as im not spraying off the line or in 1st basically, the clutch should last for a while? I mean i dont plan on spraying everywhere i go...just on races i know i need it

Mine slips like crazy in first or second gear. No speed shifting for sure! I have to shift it, then work back to full throttle in every gear. I know I damaged it the first time I sprayed, so I've been trying to lay off until I can get a new clutch.

Still highly recommend the spray though! Definitely fun!

His clutch sticks when shifting hard. 1-2 isnt bad, 2-3 is clearly noticable, 3-4 makes you think its not even WOT until it finally grabs again. hahaha, maybe its just because I powershift. Guess I wont be driving it on the spray

Is the clutch sticking or is it slipping?

If its sticking tell him to look at the drill mod or check the fluid in the resovoir.

Probably be better to fix the clutch before putting a kit on the car.

its all in how you drive it. i blew my stock clutch up with no mods at all. as for the drill mod, it is discussed more than sex on this board. search it out. i think there might be a writeup somewhere like on iinstalluniversity.com.
