just like it says does a dry kit take a fpss? and if it does where does it go?

yes you can run a FPSS with a dry kit...it will still go in the same place...
It will mount to the test port on the fuel rail using a manifold, you will need to cap off the male end.

I chose not to, there are a bunch of threads on various boards (LS2 had a Poll IIRC) with the FPSS not being set right and the FPSS being a headache.

On the other hand, maybe it will save the engine if the fuel system fails.

Its kinda of like flood insurance. Build your house high on the hill, and hope the storm surge is not high enough to trouble you (Hope for the Best), or pay a little bit for insurance just in case.
