does a dry kit need a fpss?

I chose not to, there are a bunch of threads on various boards (LS2 had a Poll IIRC) with the FPSS not being set right and the FPSS being a headache.
On the other hand, maybe it will save the engine if the fuel system fails.
Its kinda of like flood insurance. Build your house high on the hill, and hope the storm surge is not high enough to trouble you (Hope for the Best), or pay a little bit for insurance just in case.
