Default Just installed NOS and have ?

I have the simple little bottle in a bag kit on my C5 A4, I ran the line from the trunk to the volant cold air kit. I drilled a small hole in the very front between the two filters and stuck the line there. Plug in the power and got above 3000 rpms at full throttle and hit the button and it just dies. Not stalling or anything, just falls on its face and I let off right away. I tried it all gears and it does the same thing. Anyone got any idea what I am doing wrong? I checked all the lines and seem to be good.

Sounds like your not getting any nitrous, just extra gas. That makes it bog. Make sure your bottle is on and check your nitrous solenoid wiring. You can also get a test light and connect it the nitrous solenoid to see if you're getting power at the point of activation (3000 RPMs).

Yeah it is a compucar kit. I have always had NOS kits. My mistake.

Yeah all the wiring is good. I checked it off the car and hit the button and it comes on. But it might be just gas like you said. It took them along time to fill the bottle yesterday. And it was a new kid that was working their. How can I check to see if it is just gas?

did you put the jet in or is the line open? other than that its gotta be a nitrous quality issue

Yeah I put the largest jet in. I looked it up and it is only a 100 shot. I am hopeing it is the nitrous quality. The kit is too simple to install wrong.
