Why is it that I see posts of people selling TR6 spark plugs in the for sale section, like they're rare? Or nitrous companies offer to include them in a package? Their price is always higher than just driving down the street to Advance Auto Parts or AutoZone, etc. Any clue?

 

I dunno. Theyre like a dollor or 2 each at auto zone. Nothing special about them. Theyre just one step colder than stock.

 

Not many places sell them around here, not even autozone. Then again, judging by the "technical experts" employed at aqutozone, I wouldn't be suprised if they spelled tr6 wrong while looking them up.

 

They have em at advance auto, thats where I always go. The stock number is 4177.

 

Convenience! If you're already making an order (particularly for a nitrous kit or accessories), then it's a perfect time to grab a set so you don't have make an extra trip to the parts store!

As for the FS section and just buying a set off the board: You've got me there! You'd be paying more due to shipping and such.

Advance carries them. But you cant look them up model specific you have to actually ask for TR6's

 

 

Advance has them listed under part #4177, usually in stock.

 

Advance sells them for 1.77 too.

When I went to advance at the beach they wanted like 80 bucks for a set I thought that had to be worng.
