2. What switch are you using?
3 around $40-50, it can vary though.

The aluminum tube should have came with a small compression fitting. You slide the tubing through the fitting then slide the tube (along with the fitting) through the 1/8' nipple (The silver piece off the solenoid, assuming you bought an HSW kit) and attach it to the solenoid. I hope that makes sense....
Ive also been curious as to why the BMN unit uses the brake light. Maybe I'll send Bill@BMN a line and ask.
Price will vary greatly. It can be anywhere from $2.50 per lb of nitrous to $6 per lb. The average is probably $4 or so.

Thanks guys, yea it makes totall since, even though i tighten the nut all the way down it never secures the aluminon tube in place, i can just pull on it and it slides right out. As it states in the Window switch instructions **Attach Brown wire to the switched power side of vehicles brake circuit using a scotch lock connector** Why? I dunno

You need to slide the tube through the ferrule first, the nut can be slid over that and tightened down. The wire on the window switch is for the first gear lockout, the brake wire is what re-sets the unit after a run.

Where is the easiest place to run into this wire ? I am hooking up my window switch, Brown wire from the BNM, but is there a wire closer to the interior than routing a wire back to the brake lights themselves ?

Strangly( but lucky) my car had Trailer lights on it, and i spliced into one of those, the trailer lights made it back all the way to the drivers seat Before i had to add wire.
