I set up one for a customer not long ago. All the lines are pre made. You just have to drill and tap the intake and put it together.
I can make you a good deal on the set up if you are interested.

for what it worth I would take a good look at one of the sponors DP setups with hard lines just for the space it save if I had thought it through a little more I probably would have gone that route instead.
