Default Bottle opener switch input needed

I want to know if I can use a relay or 2 and use a lighter duty switch. Is this an option, I'm not sure on how to set up a relay to change polarity. Anyone have any advice? TIA

I prefer the NX opener switch, although Nitro Dave has one with a smaller foot print. The Dynotune switch is a On-Off-ON toggle. QTP has one also.
IMHO No sense in having relays do it if the switch can make it work.

The only reason I thought a relay would be good is because I could use a smaller switch that wouldnt have to be rated for 25 amps. I have the Dynotune Opener and am very happy with everything, just want a smaller more inconspicious switch. I'd like to get a rocker switch instead of a toggle, I guess I have to get a 3-way momentary right?

Size wise, Dynotunes Toggle is probably as inconspicuous (smallest footprint) as your gonna get (It looks like a standard chrome toggle). The NX one is fairly large. My best recommndation then would be Nitro Daves Switch. I did not see his opener switch listed on the NO site, but a picture of it is on his GTO panel is here:

Give Dave, Ray or Chris a call

cool trick with old school technology...

I place my hand on the bottle's crank, then rotate my hand clockwise to close the bottle. Now heres the tricky part, i rotate my hand counterclock wise to open it!!!

haaha sorry the alcohal made me do it!!!

Serious note: use a single pole double throw switch. Its how i have my power windows setup in my race car, i mean street car.

I think this is what I'm calling a 3 way momentary toggle. It normally stay's in one neutral position and has a forward or backward momentary position, right?
