Default How to Wet LT1 N20 Install

Hi Tomarrow I have off and was planning on installing my Zex wet nitrous kit. I was looking through the instructions and it says the fuel supply must have atleast 38 PSI. Where is the best place to run the gas line to? thanks in advance everyone!

There is only one place to run it to if you have stock rails and thats on the back of the rail on the passenger side where the schrader valve is. Also be careful when your tighting that line becasue those rails are fragile and break easily. Good luck with the install.

As you can see in his picture -- it is on the back of the intake manifold on the LT1. Get a a tool similar to one that takes the middle core out of a valve stem, and you unscrew the center of the shrader valve the same way. Get a -4AN Swivel 90* fitting that will go to your fuel solenoid and that'll work great.

When screwing onto the shrader valve on the back of the fuel rail, be EXTREMELY careful not to overtighten it, because you can break it off. If that happens, you'll have to pull the whole fuel rail off and get it welded back on. That's why I'm running the swivel 90* fitting on the rail, that way if the motor moves or flexes, there is a little bit of room for it to play with before putting stress on the shrader valve on the back.
