There was something posted on another thread about a fule return in front of the fuel noid with a jet in it going back to the fuel cell to eliminate the lean spike. Has anyone ever done this or know how to calculate that jet size?

it isn't ideal...but shouldn't cause any problems.
A true -6 to twin -4 "Y" would work better

To back it down to a 100 shot from a 200 puts us in a different area.
We need to know what the air fuel is doing compared to the fuel pressure on the same size shot. Weather it is a 100 or 200.

Theres no way he's going to spray the 200shot when the 100shot goes that lean. The 100shot is the original problem, the 200 shot is no different. Ill see if I can get the graph from the dyno runs.

Right, They only sprayed the 200shot once on the dyno just to see if it was going to do the same thing. And it did. So he's back on the 100shot jets now until we can get this sorted out.

All the jetting is correct, right now and on the dyno there was the 100shot nitrous jets and the 100shot fuel jets.

Is this for the single pump setup or the twin pump setup?

I have a twin setup (as do a few others on here) as well as your 90mm plate, and am wondering if im going to run into a similar problem jetting up to 200 (no stand alone...... but the tank will have straight 100 octane in it if needed)

My apologies if im hi jacking....

The Single pump set up supports about 650. Im not sure how much the dual set up supports.
