You have left out the best kits...

Need to add to your Poll:

DynoTune
Nitrous Outlet
Harris Speed Works

I have a NOS wet kit with no complainants. Just a matter of opinion I guess.

I couldn't be happier with my Harris speed works dual nozzle sudden impact kit. You can't beat the price either.

Nitrous outlet plate kit is better than those in my opinion. There is a lot of price difference in the kits you have listed in the poll.

I have personally used NOS, NX, TNT and now Dynotune for the last 7 years. All were quality kits with excellent results. Dynotune we feel offers the best combination of quality, service and price. But also why we all buy nitrous for tops in performance! http://centralfloridastreetcars.com/nozzleshootout.html

They're all good kits. I would talk to the nitrous vendors on the board and see what they have to offer you. JMO.
