Default nitrous switch on the steering wheel?? ---PICS-----------

hey everyone, ive seen them before, but i cant find them now. im looking for a switch that mounts on your steering wheel. they sell some steering wheels with the buttons built in, but thats alittle over kill.

can anyone help me out??

Something like this? 2nd pic shows where it can plug in so it's removable if ya like. This is how my 3rd stage will be hooked up, then you can activate anytime the need arises.

oooo very nice, that looks home made, just cut n bend a thin metal sheet. lol and the button looks like those little momentary switches radio shack sells. id be happy if you shared the details ???

im just curious whered you get the coiled wire from?? right now im thinking find an old cell phone charger cable, and cutting it all up haha

I think radio hack has them, or jegs carries a couple different brands with sw.

haha so i looked through my garage and found some metal strap material, and i already have some red momentary switch so here is my first version, i will be painting the band black. what do you think? total cost = 0 time = 5 min

so now since i have a switch, i need the nitrous, haha so its in the mail.

Take a black permanent marker and color the strap, it'll disappear. But watch out getting your hand or clothing caught in that thing, could be dangerous.

You could also use one of your factory wheel sws for the activation. Just need to have a schematic of the button of your choice and dissconnect the power wire to what ever it's powering and then send it to your n2o system if that makes sense.

yea before securing it down im see how much it gets in the way daily driving. i like the way you have it setup more, but its not really in thumb reach on a camaro steering wheel. ill see what happens
