We've never had to do anything on the fuse boxes to keep them in place. In the past I've seen were someone has taken too much off the plastic tab, allow the fuse box to pop off.

Funny thing is on my receipt it says that everything is sealed and not to worry about anything. But it still leaked!

As for sealing/pressure checking , well that would add to the cost. Maybe Matt can figure the added cost and still beat the competition. Have one ready to go for those that wish to not do their own work, and one for the do it your selfer? It's really not hard with some basic garage tools.
Bottom line is the product works as advertised, and is as trick as any on the market, which there are quite a few.

mine doesn't lift off so the tab isn't the issue. the bracket isn't wide enough to stay in the slots of the box on the strut tower

I didnt notice anyone wiring the stand alone into their nitrous activation switch .
I wired my s/a into the main switch so when i turn on the nitrous activation switch , the pump comes on at the same time , no second switch to forget about on accident .

and if you just wired it into the nitrous activation switch, this wouldn't even be a worry at all. It saves wire and saves a switch. Just do it the right way from the beginning.
