Default Hiding solenoids in the trunk?

Yeah, I thought I remebered seeing MTI having a n20 setup where they hid their solenoids behind the carpet in the rear of a c6? Has anyone done this? Would their be any problem with doing this? Pics? Thanks.

I don't see a problem with this. There will be a delay though since you would have to pressurize the line from the back of the car to the front. Don't really see a point though since there are plenty of places to hide nozzles under hood and you have to send lines to the engine one way or another.

if i could hide a big damn purple box then you should be able to hide 2 small soldenoids under the hood.

I would like to see these pics also...where/how the hoses are hidden ect...The trickest setup I've seen was a hidden dry spraying out of lid.

only problem with that setup is what if your asked to pull the lid?the way my old wet kit was setup you could pull the lid and look straight in the maf and not see the nozzle.

hiding the noids in the back???i would think that the difference in pressures would cause a lean spike.................. and that it would be worse the bigger the shot

lol well the nozzles and the clear airlid kinda give it away but if I paint the lid the car would look stock. You couldnt see the noid unless you took the lower airbox assembly off completely. Its actually tucked in quite nicely.

As for pix of my setup heres a link of the thread i had goin a while back. https://ls1tech.com/forums/nitrous-oxide/654713-new-nozzle-bracket-opinions-56k-ummmmm.html

sorry I dont mean to hijak, back on topic...
