After market MAFs are just more trouble than they are worth. the question should be, "Is there any reason I should dump the stock MAF and go with a Granetelli"? The answer would be, NO, no reason what so ever, imo.

Well the only reason i bought one was because i got it at a really good price. And i heard that it advances the timing a little, which means more power. But if its not going to help, then i will put the stocker back in.

If your MAF was tuned with HP tuners (MAF table was correctly rescaled), I would try the Granetelli.

If your MAF table was not dealt with on your tune, I would go stock.
