There is a fuel test port on the back of the rail with a black cap on it. Take off the cap and remove the shrader valve with a tool bought at any local auto part store or even Wal-Mart. Your 4AN line will then screw right onto the threads of the stem.

Now that I see you have a LS1, you are thinking of the correct one. On a LT1 the test port is located at the back of the rail.

what about tapping the fuel line from where no one can see it (not going off the front of the fuel rails)

where and how are you guys doing this?

I could be wrong here, but I believe that if you want to accomplish that you would have to fab something custom. The easiest way I can see is just throw some black wire loom over it or use custom black hoses like I did to hide it better.
