What was your suspension set up with the 1.3x 60's?

QA1 shocks (afco double adj are better if you plan on investing), QA1 adjustable front springs, stock rear springs, Spohn TA, BMR LCA'S and panhard (both adj.) all brought together by the Madman suspension tune

I took my car from a 10.4 down to a 9.8 without adding any additional power. Madman setting up the car's suspension was a huge help. You also need to understand that I took a LOT of track time with one adjustment at a time to sort out what the car liked best.

I don't think a lot folks appreciate how much time it can take sorting out a car and they make too many changes before a car runs it's full potential.

Not trying to be smart a$$, but your car will run whatever the timeslip says. You'll drive yourself crazy chasing some internet timeslip.

It seems alot of people say madman works wonders with the suspension. What does he do when he sets up a suspension ?

Iam trying to take it slow and change one thing at a time to see what really works. In the past ive seen people and myself run the car and then change 3 things and go back out and say well it went faster. But maybe one of those changes slowed the car down a tenth and the other changes picked up 3 youll never know. I was going to start with rear shocks and see what that does what do you think

My best suggestion is talk directly to Madman if you want to learn about what he does.

Good to hear the one change at a time approach.

Instead of rear shocks first, I'd suggest the front springs/shocks so you'll have adjustable perches that will allow you to four corner scale the car and set up the proper bias for a torque arm car. You'll want all the stuff eventually but I'd really suggest the SFC's to keep from twisting the car up.
