Default nitrous problem....dyno sheet inside

i installed a ZEX wet kit on my 2000 z28 and got it on the dyno to get tuned and it seems somethings not right....maybe you guys can look at the sheets and figure out wahts going on....its a wet 125 shot with a MSD digital window switch and FPSS...it is wired up just as the diagram from the sticky showed...the WS comes on at 3000 and off at 6500...

edit....files are to large to attach...maybe i can email them to someone and they can post them....

car made 416hp and 381tq NA and made 415hp and 599tq on the 125 shot

Are you sure the window switch is working right? Need to see the dyno sheets, but it sounds like the nitrous just gets cut off well before the hp peak, hence no increase in peak power.

Can't think of anything else besides the nitrous somehow being stopped at higher rpms...if it went rich enough to loss that much you'd have been blowing black smoke. Does the car still run alright NA after that nitrous pull?

Sounds like a voltage drop.. you sure you have the grounds wired to a secure, good ground?

yes im almost positive ithe window switch is working right...i followed the wiring diagram from the sticky and triple checked all the connections...i even bypass the WS and FPSS and ran just the basic 3wire zex kit and it still did the same thing...ive called and talked to zex but they werent much help...i checked the lines for anything that could be blocking the nos but nothing..

all the grounds are connected to the pass side fender well....there is the wire coming off the battery that goes to a stud...they all connect there

This may be the problem. Clean up the ground source.. maybe try another ground.
