I wouldnt wonder past the 150 mark with a stock fuel pump. Minium of a 255lph in tank or better. Plus that much nitrous will require retarding your timing. Either with LS1 edit or buying a NITROUS TIMING TUNER from Ramchargers or one of the other sponsors.
Too be honest, over 125 wet is a bit on the "spooky" side. At the very least you need to get the car on the dyno and check your A/F ratio and make sure your not leaning out. Most of the time everybody runs rich with a TNT till they tune, but why risk it.
