Default do i need a window switch?

I have 98 camaro with 58,000 on the mileage at 38k I did these mods
futral f14 cam on a 112 lsa
futral ported ls6 oil pump
futral 7.400 chromoly pushrods
ls2 timing chain
patriot performance gold dual springs, titanium retainers, super 7 locks
ls6 intake
ls6 valley pan
ls6 crossover coolant plugs
slp cold air lid
new stock maf
pacesetter race style headers
texas speed true duals with dyno max bullet mufflers
tesas speed 02 extensions
fuddle 3600 stall convertor
b&m tranny cooler

I am wanting to put a 150 wet nitrous system on the car
1. what type of track times do you think I would get?
2. is it safe on the bottom end?
3. should I pull timing?
4. does this cam like nitrous?
5. do I need a window switch to tell nitrous when to turn on and off, or do I just do a wide open throttle switch?

any help would be appreciated, also if anyone is running anything similiar if you have had problems or track times or thoughts in general?

thanks in advance for the help

1) Depends on tires...
2) Id do it with the proper saftey features.
3) I would with that size shot, but some say its safe, just my opinion.
4) not sure
5) You dont NEED a window switch, but it is highly recomended. Not that much of a big deal since you have an A4, but your tranny would love you if you got one to turn it off when it shifts.

1. A 150 shot will typically drop you a sec to ( Possibly ) a sec and half.
2. It is right at the limits of what the factory parts will handle, but you shoould be fine. There are tons of people spraying 150shots wiht no problems.
3. If your timing is advanced then YES you will have to pull timing.
4. That would be best answered by who made the cam.
5. I persoanlly wouldn't spray without a window switch. If you hit the rev limiter while spraying it wont be good.

Ya if your an M6 then definitely get a Window switch bc most likely some time or another you will miss a gear and you dont want to hurt the motor. If your an A4 or A3 then no you dont have to have one and you can just run it off of a button and you can hit it when you want and let off when you want. < thats how i do it.

Window switch is needed. I run mine with A4. Don`t spray threw shifts, you will toast the tranny!
