It's a very distinct smell. You know when you've been sprayed! Although it doesnt smell nearly as good as race gas....

Make sure it doesn't smell sweet, because that *could* be a head gasket

Call me crazy but I have smelled a certain smell from some nitrous cars before. I dont know if it has something to do with the cats or the sulfur in the nitrous. But its a smell that I have only smeeled from street cars running nitrous.

Kinda stinks that you have that car and I don't!!

Now - the exhaust should be behind you. A leak usually makes a psssssssssst (I tightend the fitting before I wasted anymore s's) noise or shows itself...is it the motor compartment or the exhaust that smells?

each time I have ridden in my buddy tylers car, after he lets off the spray, you can smell a unique smell. It only happens when on the juice. OH, and will, eat a dick HAHAHAHAHAHA!

It's the sulpher they add to it to keep people from "huffing" it. It's almost like a hint of rotten egg smell to most people.

Medical grade nitrous will have absolutely no smell whatsoever. We can get ahold of medical grade out here in, and have tried it. It does not have the same smell. The real sneaky hidden kit guys use the medical stuff so that there is little proof if them using it.

Interesting. I wonder if theres a difference in the effectiveness of the stuff itself? Where are the chemistry majors!
