Does anyone here see why i couldn't use a Hydraulic hose for my nitrous line... as long it will hold the pressure and is the same size why wouldn't it work??? anyone tried this??

Thanks

If I'm not mistaken, you'll need non-conductive hose, because N2O gets rather cold on its way out...And that will limit the strength of hose you can get from most places. your local NAPA should hve it good to 1300 PSI though

Are you running propane or nitrous? Rubber hose is used for propane transfer in a lot of applications. It must be rated at a greater psi than your propane pressure, obviously.

i dont know if that would work or not? (i have considered it before)*
i know that some types of freon can go through a perfectly fine rubber hose. i think it is because the molecules of the freon is smaller than the hose mollecules or some crap? i may be wrong i dont claim to be a professional lol

you need a Teflon lined braided 3000psi lined , The Teflon is for the extreme temperature change of liquid nitrogen and oxygen ,rubber lined hoses can not stand the extreme low temp. it well crack .

I used a hydraulic line for years and never had any issues. Filter was after the hose and never saw any sign of a problem
