Default My Freezer...

Just thought i'd snap a pic of my freezer at my apartment (how it sits most of the time) with my camera phone.

Frozen chicken, frozen pizzas, ice, and 25lbs of nitrous. And I wonder why im single.

Your fridge is only going to get like a 25 shot with bottle pressure that low......

a cool bottle will take more nitrous. just like cooler air holds more water vapor. that whole temperature/pressure relationship.

I've got two bottles in my outside freezer right now too. Not single though, and mine are only 10 pounders.

won't the bottle reach ambient temp by the time you reach the n2o station? Or do you put it on ice on the way there?

I put mine in the freezer all the time. I don't have to worry about it warming up I fill my own.

Well, I keep them in there the night or so before they need filled. I work at a speed shop (CPR Performance in Columbia, SC) and fill my own bottles there. They are just about five minutes from my house, so the bottles don't warm up much from the drive, but I do throw them in the ice chest at work for a while.

I use a sperate freezer for the same reason. It's nice having a 65lb in the shed. Next year I'm going to need another 65lb bottle becuse it seems to run out at the wrong times.
