could this work for a 2 stage setup?
-1 msd pilled window swicth that provides a ground for the a/f safety.
-1 a/f safety provides 2 separate grounds to 2 separate relays(when the tps is 100%).
-2 separate activation switches provide power to each of the relay to give power to the separate solenoids.
and will the a/f safty stay on showing the a/f even though the window switch does not give it ground while cruising?

You could use switches and swap in/out stages...It will not care about that, it will think your lifing on/off the gas etc....
