we run one (4150 plate kit thru a vic jr intake) on a sbf in a fox body and really like it. their stuff is really high quality and great people to deal with. we had good results on a stock block 331 until we pushed a gasket, and now we're putting another one together to handle around 250 thru the kit. i'll be runnin one once i get my carb'd 370 together...

we've been going to alot of the true ten five and king of the hill races here in texas and anybody who's anybody in the nitrous game is running the speedtech stuff...and the ability to run two stages at 500 EACH is thru a plate kit is amazing...

here's the one i'm talking about...

How much does the plate design restrict air flow, as compared to a bar style, or perimeter style?

It doesnt. It works just like any other 4 hole spacer. It increases signal to the carb.

Top quality stuff. I had one on a SBF, sprayed a 200 shot and all the plugs looked great. I see quite a few of the 10.5" tired guys running their stuff too.

I don;t think you can go wrong with it.
