I feel ya on trying to convince myself to get a kit but I'm leaning towards a wet kit for my LT1. My problem is that my friend will sell me his TNT kit for really cheap but it is a LS1 kit and it needs jets. So I haven't decided which one to buy yet! I better hurry, I imagine the sell won't last much longer.

If it's for the LS1 and it's going on a LT1 you'll also need to pick up the plate as the power ring won't work. New kit with a warranty Vs. a used kit that still needs some items I know I would go with the new kit.
