So Ray asked How it works so he can see if it will actually do what the guys was asking to accomplish. Pretty cut and dry. NO problems should have ever came of it. It was a simple questions that deserved a simple answer.

Now all the BS aside. CAN WE GET AN ANSWER!!!!!

I haven't been to the other threads qouted above, but will soon. I do know, and totally understand how the timing is pulled and in fact being able to pull as much as we like, without messing with tuner program once it's set up. Not going to get into it here, but will wait till a good tech thread is going so my time won't basically be wasted.

I can see clearly what's going on here between the vendors, and not taking sides, and will save my input for those behind the scenes: Admin section.

Hey, Dave watch for a pm. Has to do with Vic jr and NO elbow.

Robert

If there are questions people will ask. I have never given you guys a hard time...and I dont feel I am now. Its just questions. And legitimate ones at that IMO.

If you want me to not ask you questions...like I said in the interface thread...I will stop asking. Its not that big of a deal to me? Hell I posted that question last night at probably 3 AM only because I couldnt sleep and was pondering the operation of it.

I think its a great product. I just dont see how the IAT works as you stated. I am probably just not understanding it correcly and I ASKED you guys for a clarification thats all.
It's really very simple Al, once you see some screen shots and some of the other info, you'll be (like you said to me on the other product), why didn't i think of that. Well we both have, but it really takes some smart engineers to get the electronics package together, and HSW has done this. really it's just taking what some of us have been doing with tuner programs already, and made it easy for anyone to do the same with some dip switch choices. Very user friendly.

BTW Robert do you know about installing resistors in the IAT to pull or add timing and have resistor vales per degree of timing pulled?

I saw it in a free mod post that claimed using certain resistors would add or remove certain timing.

sorry

Yep, but ya don't need to anymore, the Interface has made all that nonsense null, however, inspiring in it's own right and time.
